On March 9, under the strong demand of the downstream market, Daqing Refining & Chemical Corporation's BOPP film material T28FE polypropylene products resumed mass production after more than one year of shutdown.
T28FE is a raw material for film material BOPP. It is widely used in food preservation film, label film, cigarette film, aluminized film and other fields. Daqing Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd. successfully developed this product and produced it in batches in 2008. It was approved by the majority of BOPP manufacturers in South China and quickly occupied the high-end areas of Guangdong's BOPP market, ending the history that PetroChina did not have high-speed BOPP film materials. In 2010, due to the company's annual production plan was not arranged, T28FE polypropylene products went into production.
Since the beginning of this year, downstream customers are very much looking forward to this product, and strongly urge Daqing to resume production. Because T28FE film products have high requirements on the quality of resin raw materials, such as the large fluctuations in operating parameters, it will not only cause product quality problems, but also may cause pipeline blockage and even ring tube burst. In order to ensure product quality, the company made preparations for the early stages, program development, monitoring of the switching process, and tracking of product performance in the later stages. At present, the device extrusion granulator reaches a high-speed operation of 40 tons/hour, with a daily production value of 12 million yuan.
