The charging policy continues for the previous year's "Low is not high"

Guo Weizheng said that the current Municipal Heating Supply Association, together with the Municipal Construction Committee and the Municipal Quality Supervision and other departments, conducted a dynamic review of the heat meter on the market and recommended 20 heat meters that meet the standards for the heating unit. For the issue of heat metering for which heat metering has been implemented, the “low-to-high-to-high” policy will continue to be implemented. If the heating fee is calculated on the basis of the residents' heating area, the area fee will be charged. If the heat metering method is used to calculate the amount of heat for the residents, The charge based on heat metering will not increase the burden on residents' heating.

By the end of the "Twelfth Five-year Plan," the city's heating area will reach 850 million square meters, and a new 220 million square meters of heating area will be charged according to heat metering. It is understood that the Municipal City Council will also buy hot cards in the city's residential community pilots. In the future, citizens can buy their own heat as if they were buying electricity.
