The 11th Construction Project was awarded the Excellent Innovation Achievement of Henan Province

Henan Province recently commended a group of projects that have achieved outstanding results in the “Eleventh Five-Year” technology innovation competition of employees in the province. The multi-functional full-hydraulic gantry lifting device project developed by the Eleventh Construction and Construction Corporation was awarded the outstanding technological innovation achievements of 100 employees in Henan Province.
The device consists of a mast structure, a guy rope structure, a beam, a rotatable combined balance beam, a sliding system, a self-installing system, a main lifting hydraulic equipment and a control system thereof. Among them, the portal mast is the equipment with the largest hoisting capacity and advanced operation in similar domestic construction equipment and can be used in the long-term use of petrochemical heavy equipment. The multi-functional full-hydraulic gantry lifting device compensates for the shortcomings of the current lifting devices, hoisting height, stability, and hoisting accuracy of the two types of hoisting equipment of masts and large cranes. It is currently the first hydraulic lifting system in China, and its technical level is at the leading position in China.
