The hydraulic heavy material frame is composed of a body, a shrinking and reeling drum, a press arm, a motor, a cycloidal pin reducer, a hydraulic system, an electric control box and a loading trolley (this item is optional).

The hydraulic heavy-duty material frame is a vertical cantilever type unwinding device. The driving principle is that the AC variable frequency motor is turned on by the cycloidal pin reducer through the belt drive expansion and contraction reel.

The feeding is to place the material roll on the loading trolley, slide the sliding along the base rail with the handle console car, and realize the automatic alignment of the material roll and the expansion and contraction roll by the proximity switch control, and complete the automatic feeding of the material roll. .

The hydraulic heavy-duty material frame is a quadrangular pyramid structure with a taper slope of 14°. The tail of the reel is equipped with a rotary cylinder and a rotary seal, which is connected to the hydraulic station through a pressure-resistant oil pipe.

The reducer is a cycloidal pin reducer, which is a welded box, two-stage transmission; the press arm of the press arm has polyurethane, which is controlled by the cylinder; the up-and-down reel is loaded with four A-type gears. The rack is positioned.

2, shrinking and shrinking drum assembly

The heavy-duty material frame expansion and contraction reel consists of a main shaft, a backrest wheel, a quadrangular pyramid shaft, a fan-shaped pallet, a tie rod, a expansion and contraction cylinder, and a rotary joint.



The main shaft is a 40Gr round steel drill with a diameter of 85mm through-hole roughing. After ultrasonic (UT) flaw detection and quenching and tempering heat treatment, the surface is nitrided and heat-treated after finishing, and the working surface diameter is 125mm.

The drawbar and the four fan-shaped support plates are made of alloy steel forgings 42CrMo, which are all made by heat treatment after finishing.

3, motor and reducer assembly

The main motor of the heavy-duty material frame is directly connected with the cycloidal pin motor, and the belt is driven to rotate by the belt. The transmission part is equipped with a protective cover, and the speed is regulated by the Delta frequency converter.

4, hydraulic system assembly
The hydraulic material system of heavy material frame consists of hydraulic station, pressure maintaining valve, pressure oil pipe, rotary joint and expansion and contraction cylinder.

All hydraulic equipment adopts the Taiwan brand, and the expansion and contraction cylinder pulls the wedge-shaped slider to move the support rod to change the reeling function of the reel.
