However, in the European market, the market share of eddy current retarder only accounts for 2%, while the hydraulic retarder has a market share of 98% due to its high technical content and good braking effect. At present, the domestic heavy-duty AT market has been monopolized by foreign companies such as Allison, Voith, ZF, etc. 80% of domestic auto-transmission passenger cars use imported transmissions, and some core technologies are still hollow. change.

Li Dakai suggested that “The drive systems for heavy-duty vehicles and buses (including mechanical transmissions, axles, and other key components)” should continue to be included in the encouraged category; secondly, “the key components for automobiles” must be listed in the category 16 encouraged categories. The addition of "hydraulic retarder" items is equivalent to the "hydraulic retarder" item in Article 19 of Article 19 of the "Foreign Investment Industry Guidance Catalogue (Revised in 2011)", and encourages the support of domestic auto parts companies to speed up the use of liquids.
