The investigators made inquiries, inspections, and forensics on the spot. Security aspects. 1. Missing safety signs. Mainly for some product signs are incomplete paste, poor material, easy to fall off, fade or defect. 2. Security is not in place. The main performance is that some products do not install the ladder protection ring as required, and no protective cover is installed on the exposed transmission and rotating parts such as drive sprocket and belt pulley.
Reliability. 1. The used parts and materials are not high, and the problems shown include serious loss of parts such as feed inlets and baffles, breakage in the use of belts, bearings, etc., wear and tear of elevator shells, and damage to the motor. 2.
