IoT promotes the extension and upgrading of the entire industry chain of plantation

[ China Agricultural Machinery Industry News ] In simple terms, the Internet of Things is to achieve everything through a series of information technology, enabling people to interact and communicate with people, things and things, and people through a common information language. Recently, at the Huolong Fruit Planting Base of Huilong Modern Agriculture Demonstration Park in Quanjiao County, the staff exchanged ideas with agricultural technology experts through the Agricultural Internet of Things.
IoT promotes the extension and upgrading of the entire industry chain of plantation
In 2012, Anhui Province was included in the National Internet of Things Experimental Zone. In 2013, the first batch of 13 agricultural Internet of Things pilot demonstration counties and 50 demonstration sites in Anhui Province were completed and put into operation.
As of the end of June this year, there were 591 agricultural industrialization leading enterprises, farmer cooperatives, family farms and large-scale farming households in Anhui Province using agricultural internet of things, mainly used in crop “four emotions” field monitoring, agricultural fine planting management, processing workshop production. Management, livestock and aquaculture, quality and safety traceability of agricultural products. This year's "13th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Planting Industry in Anhui Province" pointed out that the province will fully apply modern information technology and means such as the Internet of Things and big data to promote the extension and upgrading of the entire industrial chain of the plantation industry.
Of course, although the benefits of the Internet of Things are many, there are still many problems in the promotion. One-time investment costs are too high.
It is understood that the average cost of IoT equipment per mu is about 8,000 yuan, and it is expected to be 10 to 15 years. The cost per mu per year is 530 yuan. Although it is not too much in each year, the problem is investment. Too much, the average farmer can't accept it.
Second, the research on China's agricultural Internet of Things technology is relatively backward, especially in the research and development and manufacturing of agricultural smart sensors, RFID and other sensing devices. Many application projects still rely on imported sensing devices. Third, the current Internet of Things products do not have national standards, resulting in incompatibility of IoT products from different manufacturers, which has become the primary factor restricting the development of China's agricultural Internet of Things.
The popularization and application of the agricultural Internet of Things still needs a time course, but as the science fiction writer William Gibson said: “The future has arrived, but it is not yet popular.” But we believe that in the near future, the Internet of Things will truly open up in the agricultural sector. Come, it’s just a matter of time.

UHMWPE Pipe

Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) is a kind of linear structural polyethylene with viscosity average molecular weight over 2.5 million and its extremely high relative molecular weight (the relative molecular weight of ordinary polyethylene is only 20,000 to 300,000), which endows UHMW-PE with extraordinary service performance, becoming a new thermoplastic engineering plastic with moderate price and excellent performance. It combines virtually all the benefits of plastics: impact resistance, low temperature resistance, wear resistance, impact resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, self-lubrication and so on.
