Baling Hengyi Caprolactam Co., Ltd. is a 50% joint venture company established by Hengyi Petrochemical Co., Ltd. and China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation. The total investment of the project is 3.592 billion yuan, adopting the second-generation caprolactam green environmental protection technology owned by China Petrochemical, which will ensure stable quality of caprolactam and unit manufacturing cost.
Since May 2012, since the caprolactam project has successfully entered the trial production stage, all product quality has reached the superior grade indicator. It is estimated that caprolactam will produce about 550 tons of caprolactam daily and the excellent product rate will be stable at more than 98%.
