        First, work at heights
        (1) Operation at the edge of the high ground
        1. Protection railing settings
        Around the foundation pit, the balcony where the railing or fence is not installed, the roof and the perimeter of the outer scaffold, the water tank or the water tower, etc., the derrick and the construction elevator and scaffolding, and the sides of the building passage must be provided with protective railings; Rails or fixed gates shall be provided at the elevator shaft. Protective railing settings must meet regulatory requirements.
        2. Protective cover
        The side of the hole is 1. 5m or more, with protective railings around the hole, and a safety flat net is installed under the hole; the cover provided by the vehicle's roadway, the deep trench and the pipe trench should have sufficient carrying capacity; the neighboring people and things There are other vertical holes and openings in the danger of falling. They should be covered or protected and have a device to fix their position.
        (2) Suspended operations
        1. Operator
        The operator should go up and down from the prescribed passage, and must not climb freely. It is not allowed to use the crane boom and other facilities for climbing.
        The suspended work site must have a firm footing; safety facilities should be set up according to the specific conditions; safety safety ropes must be used as required for the dangling operations.
        2. Component lifting
        (1) When installing a large formwork in suspension, lifting the first prefabricated component, and hoisting a separate large and medium-sized prefabricated component, it must be carried out on the operating platform.
        (2) Formwork support and demoulding shall be carried out in accordance with the prescribed procedures. The template shall not be fixed and shall not be subjected to the next process; it is strictly forbidden to install and dismantle the form at the same time on the same vertical plane; the overhanging formwork shall have a stable foothold. Lifting tools or erecting brackets should be provided for the high-altitude work.
        (3) Scaffolding and horse tracks must be provided when tying the steel bars or installing the steel frame. For concrete pouring above 2m, an operating platform shall be provided.
        Second, scaffolding work
        1. The material used for the foot rest should be firm, and the size and surface quality should meet the requirements. Scaffolding connections meet the requirements.
        2. Scaffolding erection structure should meet the requirements. When the sizing size (such as the step size of the pole, the longitudinal distance, the lateral distance, the spacing of the wall parts, etc.) changes, it should generally be checked. The site is flat and solid.
        Third, lifting and lifting operations
        (1) Preparation work
        Before hoisting, the relevant departments shall be organized to conduct a comprehensive inspection according to the requirements of the construction plan. The inspection contents are as follows:
        1. The configuration and plan of the construction machine rigging are consistent.
        2. Whether the concealed project has self-inspection and mutual inspection records.
        3. Whether the position of the equipment foundation anchor bolt (referred to as the pre-embedded bolt) meets the engineering quality requirements, and whether it conforms to the equipment skirt or the base screw hole.
        4. Whether the earth around the foundation is backfilled.
        5. Whether the construction site meets the operational requirements.
        6. Whether the equipment to be hoisted meets the lifting requirements.
        7. Whether the construction electricity can guarantee the supply.
        8. Understand the division of labor and command system and weather conditions.
        9. Other preparations such as security, ambulance, life supply, reception, etc. are implemented.
        After the inspection, the confirmation is correct, and the lifting command can be issued. After the construction personnel enters the operation post, the post must be inspected again. When the inspection is wrong, the operation can be carried out. If the crane is to be lifted every other day, personnel should be organized to carry out on-site security.
        (2) Lifting and lifting operations
        During the construction process, there should be a unified command and command signal, and all personnel involved in the construction must be familiar with this signal. Construction personnel must have a specific division of labor, clear responsibilities, obey orders, and must not leave the job without authorization.
        Before lifting, the test should be carried out to check the force of each part. If the situation is normal, it can continue to be lifted.
        In heavy weather such as heavy snow, heavy rain, heavy fog and wind level six or above (including six levels), it is necessary to stop the lifting and lifting work in the open air. Do not work under live high voltage lines.
        It is strictly forbidden to stand under the hoist. In the hoisting process, if it is interrupted for any reason, measures must be taken for handling, and the heavy objects must not be suspended overnight.
        (3) Safety management regulations
        1. Non-engineering construction personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the hoisting construction site. Construction commanders and operators are required to wear markings. There is a warning sign in the work area, and if necessary, send someone to supervise.
        2. Fall protection measures should be provided for work platform and high work.
        3. The construction personnel must wear safety helmets. For example, during winter construction, the protective ear should be placed down to prevent hearing.
        4. In the event of an accident during the lifting process, each operation post should stick to the post, strictly maintain the order on the spot, and make a record to analyze the cause.
        Fourth, foundation pit construction
        (1) Earthwork excavation
        2. The loading around the foundation pit shall not exceed the design load restrictions.
        3. Earth excavation should be closed immediately after completion to prevent flooding and exposure, and to construct underground structures in time. Excavation of foundation pits shall be carried out in strict accordance with the design and shall not be over-excavated.
        4. Earthwork must be carried out in accordance with safe working conditions. When the soil in the filling and excavation area is unstable, there is danger of collapse, or when heavy rain occurs, the water level rises, the flash floods occur, or there are abnormal conditions such as water and mud on the ground, or the blasting situation in the vicinity is insufficient to protect the safe operation. When the protection facilities fail, the earthwork should be stopped immediately.
        (2) Foundation pit construction
        1. When the foundation pit (slot) or trench needs to be supported by the pit wall, it should be selected and designed according to the excavation depth, soil condition, groundwater level, adjacent buildings and structures. The support must be firm and reliable to ensure construction safety. .
        2. When the site has surface water confluence, drainage or leakage of underground water pipes, protective measures should be taken for the foundation pit.
        3. The construction unit shall take special protection measures for adjacent buildings, structures and underground pipelines that may cause damage due to construction work.
        4. Adhere to the construction monitoring work. According to the monitoring results, timely reinforcement or emergency measures are taken. The warning limit of the deformation rate should be determined according to the specific conditions. Generally, when the deformation rate of the ratio of the lateral deformation of the foundation pit to the excavation depth exceeds 1 mm/d, sufficient attention should be paid.
