On July 16th, the author was informed that China Railway Second Engineering Co., Ltd. carried out factory acceptance of the "Chuangchuang No. 1" shield machine. The members of the acceptance team reviewed the technical data, inspections, equipment lists, and product qualification certificates submitted by the company and confirmed that the inspection, production, assembly, electrical hydraulics, and quality inspections of the shield machine were accurate and accurate. Afterwards, the acceptance components were the host, the back-end, and the main control room. The three groups accepted the various components of the equipment according to the items listed in the acceptance outline. Throughout the acceptance process, the detailed operation parameters of shields, cutter heads, screw conveyors, belt conveyors, security systems, and communication and lighting systems were compared, and the individual parts were installed in separate and linked systems to meet the acceptance requirements. The shield machine has also undergone a full-scale test run, which is normal and meets the design requirements.

After one day's work, the two parties signed a memorandum of acceptance for the factory, which signified that the "Creation One" shield machine successfully passed the inspection and acceptance, and also indicated that the shield machine had reached the factory conditions.

The "Creating One" shield machine fully considered the geological conditions of the construction area during design, and was equipped with a cutter head with a small aperture ratio. The cutter head was designed with six ribs, which is more robust and durable when facing a hard location. The tool has also been reconfigured, and design adjustments are more conducive to the excavation of the shield machine.
