DrinkMate Pocket Alcohol Meter plugs into the bottom of your Android smartphone and instantly displays your alcohol content.
DrinkMate is plugged into any Android smartphone equipped with a micro USB port, does not require a battery to operate, and has tested Samsung Galaxy S3, S4 and S5, HTC One, ASUS Transformer Prime, Infinity. The device measures only 1.8x0.62 inches in diameter and offers an easy way to check the level of alcohol in your blood.
Its creator also explained: "DrinkMate is completely designed from scratch. We know that there is a new breakthrough in miniaturization, we can't have any prejudice from the existing larger design. From a steady state of 30mA, to a current of 80mA. The consumption range is in warm-up, which is only 7 seconds.This consumption can be negligible short cycle time on any mobile phone (Samsung's Galaxy S4 battery is 2200 mAh)."
