Recently, the 80,000 tons/year alumina project supporting gas project signed by Taizhong Group Coal Chemical Branch and Yunnan Metallurgical Group has been successfully completed and put into operation.
According to reports, the project is a supporting gas project of Yunnan Metallurgical Group Wenshan Aluminum Alumina Project. This is the first domestic technology that utilizes the patented technology of coal ash fusion coal gasification process to obtain industrial fuel gas. It is also the first time that China applies this technology to the metallurgical industry. The person in charge of the Taizhong Coal Chemicals Branch said that this project is yet another landmark project that implements the complete set strategy. The three ash-melting large-scale gasifiers of engineering equipment were independently developed by the Shanxi Coal Chemical Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. They have many advantages such as large gas production, high gas quality, small floor area, and easy management, which have found a new way for the use of pulverized coal. Realized energy conservation and environmental protection in the true sense.
Paint stop filter media
This filter media is made of long fiber glass with gradual density. Inlet side is green, and outlet side is white. Other names: floor filter, fiberglass media, paint arrestor media ,Paint Collection Filter) is constituted by long-fibre fibreglass stiffened with synthetic resins. These filters enable better dust retention, with a higher accumulation capacity.
Our filtering media is self-extinguishing in Class F1 DIN 53438 and can cope with temperatures of up to 120ËšC. The media cannot be regenerated and, therefore, must be disposed of at the end of its operating life. Resistant to solvents and chemical products, it is used as an exhaust filter for coating booths and as a pre-filter in air-treatment units.
It is supplied in rolls of up to 20 metres in length, of various heights, and in panels.
