On September 7, the Operational Monitoring and Coordination Bureau of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Institute of Industrial Economics of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences jointly released the 2010 Summer Report on China's Industrial Economic Operation. According to Xin Guobin, Director of the Office of Supervision and Coordination of Industry and Information Technology, at the press conference, from January to July, the industrial added value of enterprises above designated size increased by 17% year-on-year, and the growth rate increased 9.5 percentage points year-on-year, of which the growth rate was two months in July and July. Retreated to 13.7% and 13.4%, respectively, and the high growth rate of production dropped moderately. Affected by last year's "low before and after high" trend, it is expected that the industrial growth rate in the second half of the year will fall back to a certain extent.
