Organophosphate and carbamate pesticides is currently the largest use of pesticides,and more is on the Prohibition of the Use in fruits, vegetables.This class of pesticides with acetylcholinesterase (Ache) binding
in vivo, and are not easily separated, namely Ache activity is inhibited, resulting in the hydrolysis of
acetylcholine can not accumulate in nerve conduction, nerve hyperexcitability,symptoms of poisoning and even death.Based on this toxic principle produces enzyme inhibition rate method, the detection principle can be simply expressed as follows: using a sensitive enzyme extract source prepared butyrylcholinesterase as a detection reagent, according to the degree of change in the activity of butyrylcholinesterase fruits and vegetables samples to determine pesticide residues.
YN-CLVI is the only one instrument which can test heavy metal(Chromium, cadmium, mercury, arsenic and lead) in fruits,vegetabls,food etc.
