Second, the problem of valve grease filling There are four major problems in valve grease injection. First, the content of grease injection is very small, the amount of grease is low, the lack of lubricant on the sealing surface of the valve causes the wear to increase and the internal leakage occurs. Second, excessive grease injection. Not only does it cause waste, but also causes damage to the seal ring and grease siltation. Third, the staff fills the grease into the incorrect valve position, causing the grease to be in vain. The fourth is the use of the wrong type of grease, resulting in valve grease siltation, can not be used normally, valve seat spring failure, valve over-torque, etc. [1].
Third, the valve grease precautions (a) pressure problems When the valve is greased, often ignore the pressure problem. In the specific grease injection operation, the pressure of the grease injection increases regularly and becomes lower. When the pressure is too low, the seal may fail, and the injected lubricant will flow to the bottom of the valve chamber. This is usually the case in small gate valves. In another case, the pressure of the grease is too high, causing the grease injection port to clog, the closed grease or the seal and the gate to lock. Need to check the grease nozzle to see if the grease blockage needs to be replaced; on the other hand, if the grease hardens, you need to use the cleaning solution, wash the failed sealant several times, and add new grease to replace it. In addition, attention should be paid to the sealing type and sealing material of the valve. Different manufacturers will adopt different sealing forms, which will also correspond to different grease filling pressures. Under normal conditions, the higher the pressure, the greater the pressure of grease injection [2].
(II) Valve Pressure Relief Problem In the process of grease injection, attention should be paid to the problem of sewage discharge and plugging pressure relief of the valve body. When grease is injected, the sewage should be drained and vented first, and the pressure in the valve chamber should be drained. The fat work went smoothly. After the end of the grease filling, check whether the torque of the blowdown and pressure relief is tightened to prevent a gas leakage accident. After grease injection, be sure to seal the grease injection port in advance to prevent impurities from entering the grease injection port to oxidize. Apply even anti-rust grease on the cover to avoid rust, convenient for the next operation, and the grease injection port. If the cap is not tight, it may cause leakage of the valve.
(3) Specific operational problems (1) Different physical properties of different media should be considered when filling grease. The ability of gasoline to flush and decompose grease is high, which can increase the number of grease injections of gasoline valves.
(2) Grease injection should determine whether the valve position is suitable for grease injection. The position of the ball valve can be greased in the fully open and fully closed position. The gate valve with full diversion hole can also be greased in the fully open and fully closed position. The gate valve with semi-conduit and non-conduit can only be fully closed. Perform grease injection. Incorrect valve position grease injection is useless, and it can cause excessive lipids and siltation.
(3) When filling grease, the physical properties of all lipids should be distinguished. The grease in the valve plays a role in lubrication. Lubricating the seal with grease can reduce the degree of wear of the valve seal material to a certain extent and improve the service life of the valve.

For example, in a valve that fails to seal, there is a problem that the spring cannot be flexibly stretched, and this problem occurs because too much grease is deposited inside the spring.
(5) When the valve is being maintained, it is necessary to pay attention to the sealing problem of the electric motor head and the transmission structure to prevent the rain inside the equipment from entering the rain and the freezing in the winter. Fourth, how to better grease the oil transfer valve The most scientific method of fat transfer is to pass grease from the valve port before leaving the factory, which can prevent the valve from leaking or jamming. Thoroughly clean the closed system with a cleaning solution. If there is a serious internal leakage in the valve, you need to clean the grease and add the grease to see the leak inside the valve. If the internal leakage is more serious, you need to thoroughly clean the system and then inject the sealing grease. If the system is seriously damaged, you need to Replace the components. In the valve grease injection, it is necessary to observe the cycle of grease injection of the valve, to ensure that the valve is replaced with a certain amount of grease, and to periodically check whether the valve is leaky. The pressure of the valve should be measured during the first injection. If the system is well sealed, the display of the pressure gauge will show a small amplitude. If the pointer of the pressure gauge rises all the time without falling, it means that the channel is blocked. In the other case, the pressure gauge shows a large fluctuation range. It means that bubbles are generated in the sealed system. It is necessary to inject grease into the closed system to eliminate the grease. Air bubbles inside the system [3].
